Hi all,
Looks like it should be a beautiful evening for a run. Tonight we’ll combine our marathon training and traditional Weds night speed. We’ll meet in our usual spot behind the Met at 6:30pm. The Marathoners will do the first portion of the workout while those not running this weekend will do all.
Workout:
Marathoners
2x 1 mile @ MP on 90″ standing rest
Weds Night Speed
2x 1 mile @ HMP on 90″ standing rest
4x 400m @ 10K on 45″ rest
2x 200m @ 3k pace on 30″ rest
