Hey everyone!
I hope you can join me for this week’s speed workout, it should be a fun one!
We’ll meet in our normal spot behind the Met at 7pm and jog down Cat Hill to the path directly in front of Summer Stage on the East Drive (~e70th). Note: Feel free to meet directly at Summer Stage by 7:10pm.
Workout:
2 mile tempo (should be the faster end of Half Marathon pace to the slower end of 10k pace)
2′ standing rest
8-10x 1 minute hard effort up Cat Hill, jog down recovery (goal to get as far up the hill each time as you can)
