Hey all,
Come on out to our last Weds session before this weekend’s club champs! We have a shorter workout planned (still 3 options) and with some luck we can avoid the rain. 🙂
A: 3’, 2’, 1’, 1’ @ hard effort on 1’ Standing Rest
B: 3’, 2’ @ 5 mile race pace on 1’ jog, 2×1’ @ 2 mile race pace on 1’ jog
C: 2x (3’, 2’ @ 5 mile race pace on 1’ jog, 2×1’ @ 2 mile race pace on 1’ jog) 2’ standing rest between sets
See everyone at Southern Pumphouse at 7:30pm. We’ll do a short workout and get started with the intervals at the south corner of the straight away coming past Engineer’s Gate. (last turn on the MNR loop ~85th st)
