Hi all,
Due to the forecasted heat index still being right around 100 degrees at the start of speed we’re going to cancel tonight’s run. For those who decide to run I recommend keeping the miles easy and making sure to stay hydrated
Finger’s crossed this is a short lived heat wave and we can get back to normal summer running soon!
