Hi all! Come on out for some faster running tomorrow evening with guest host Burke!
7:30pm at Southern Pumphouse. Will do a quick warm up and start the intervals at 7:40pm in the Park along East Drive at 84th st (400m markers on drive)
We will once again have three options for the workout:
A: 4-6x 800m @ hard effort on 2’ Standing Rest
B: 6x 800m @ 5k pace on 400m jog
C: 8x 800m @ 5k pace on 400m jog; 4x 200m @ 1-2 mile pace on 100m jog
This is a great workout for those racing club champs or a shorter race, for those getting ready to start fall marathon training (work that speed now!) or for anyone who wants to get the benefits of running faster.
