So last week’s workout was rained off. Let’s try it again…Come and join me for some mile repeats around the lower section of the Lower Loop.
We will meet at Southern Pump House (usual Weds night meeting spot) at 7:30 pm and jog to the West Drive (across from Tavern on the Green) for the warm-up. If you’re running late or simply prefer to meet us there, we will be there at 7:40 pm to start the workout.
The workout:
3-5 x 1 mile @ half-marathon pace on 1 minute recovery (jog or standing)
You will need:
a watch
plenty of enthusiasm
**Right now, weather is looking promising. However, in the event that I need to cancel the workout, I’ll post a message by ~6 pm.**
