Beautiful evening for a run! Come out to our Weds speed workout, this week hosted by Shin.
Meet: 6:30pm behind the Met near the Alexander Hamilton statue; there’ll be a short jog over to the Great Lawn for the actual workout
Workout: 4-6x 800m @ 5-10k effort on 1 minute rest.
The Great Lawn loop is ~850m(0.53 miles) so your 1′ rest will be walking to complete the loop back to the start for the next one.
