Hi all,
First, congrats to all who had a race/races this past weekend. I hope you’re enjoying some R&R!

6:30pm behind the Met
Workout
4x 800m at 5k-10k pace on 1′ rest followed by 4x 200m @ 3k pace on 30″ rest
