It’s Wednesday! Let’s run up and down Cat Hill a few times! We’ll meet in the normal spot by the Hamilton Statue behind the Met and then jog to the bottom as a warm up.
Workout: 5-7x repeats; each leg is ~.25 miles long
With the Washington Heights 5K on the horizon goal will be 5-10K effort with an easy recovery. If you’re just getting back into running, starting to incorporate speed workouts or are focusing on a longer distance race you can alter the workout to be around half marathon effort with a moderate recovery.
