So what better way to stay warm than with some 200 and 400 meter repeats. Here is tonight’s workout.
Where: The southern pump house (85th and the reservoir)
Workout: 1 mile warm up then 3-4 x 200m, 200m, 400m at mile pace with matching jog recoveries
For anyone that is doing their own warm up or just running a little late we will be doing the workout on the 400 meter stretch in front of engineers gate.
