Hi Dogs,

1mi Warm up;
2 x 800m @ HMP / 400m recovery
2 x 800m @ 10K / 400m recovery
1 x 800m @ 5K / 400m recovery
Cool down

Usual spot 7pm behind the Met on East Drive lamppost E8301.
