Meeting: 7:30 at the Southern Pump House (Usual spot on the bridge by the reservoir and 85th street) and workout will start at 7:35 at the lightpole behind the Met (84th & East Drive)
Warmup: On your own (recommend 1 mile warm-up jog)
Workout: 3-4 x 800 @ 10k pace with 2 min recovery jog followed by 3-4x 400m at 5k pace with 1 min standing rest
