Come on out for the first speed workout of 2018!!
This workout is for everyone and great for those looking to get faster as well as those just looking for a great cardio workout to start off the New Year!
Meeting: 7:30 for mile warn up at the southern pump house (Usual spot on the bridge by the reservoir and 85th street) and workout will start at 7:40 at the 400 meter marker on the east drive straightaway at 87th Street.
Warmup: 1 mile warm up
Workout: 10-12 400’s at 5K pace with 30 seconds rest
Where: We will be doing the 400’s on the straightaway in front of engineers gate.
