Hey all,
Come on out to Weds night speed for some random distance internals (often called fartleks). These can be a great way to practice some faster running without having to worry about a hitting a specific pace or time for each distance. And we’ll stay true to our club name by running around the Reservoir!!
Time/Location:
7:30pm at the Southern Pumphouse
Recommend to have run 1-2 miles beforehand as a warm up
Workout:
2 loops of the Reservoir (~3.2 miles)
1st Loop: run 3 light-poles fast (~10K pace) followed by 2 light-poles slowly
2nd Loop: run 2 light-poles faster (~5K pace) followed by 1 light-poles slowly
