Wednesday Night Speed 2/9/22: Bring a watch or phone to keep time.
Meet at the usual spot by Hamilton statue on East Drive at 6:30pm. Do your own warm-up before start.
The workout:
4 x 8 minutes at 5K-10K goal pace with 2 minute recovery (stationary or light jog).
First half = out & back northbound on East Drive. Second half = out & back southbound
