When: 7/11/18 at 730pm
Where: meet at the South Pumphouse (http://old.centralparktc.org/training/cenprk07.htm)
Workout: Mile repeats at the Great Lawn. This is the best place to enjoy an evening view of the Midtown skyline!
The workout will have some variations, depending on your interest of difficulty. We will run in pace groups, and the entire workout will occur at the Great Lawn.
Choose:
A) 2-3 x mile at hard pace, recovery is a 400 jog or 2-3 minutes standing
B) 2x mile at 10K pace, 400 jog recovery AND 2×400 at 2 mile pace, 200 jog recovery
C) 3x mile at 10K pace, 400 jog recovery AND 4×400 at 2 mile pace, 200 jog recovery
