Please join us Wednesday, 3/20 for a speed workout (to prepare for the BK half or any other spring race or just because you want to try something new) and a post-run drink to celebrate spring. Matt and Molly will be there to answer any questions you might have about training, nutrition, gear or anything else running related.
When: Wednesday, March 20th @ 7pm
Where: usual meeting spot behind the Met
What: 2-3x
3min @ 2mi pace w/2min recovery
2min @ 2mi pace w/90sec recovery
1min @ 2mi pace w/60sec recovery
This is meant to be snappy set, so if needed, we’d rather you do 2 sets on pace with good form than struggle on a 3rd.
Post-run festivities: We will jog over to George Keely (Ams and 84th)
