Today can be a snow day, but tomorrow it’s back to Wednesday Night Speed.
Meet at 7pm at the usual place behind the Met.
Cat Hill Workout:
5 min warm-up
8 reps bottom to half way up (at about the Cat) @ 10K pace.
Jog back down.
5 min easy
4x200m strides w/200m recovery
One mile cool-down
See you then.
