All are welcome to come out tonight on this cool summer night. The workout is listed below. It’s a great workout for people that will be starting official marathon training next week and for those just looking to get a break from running easy miles everyday.
Workout:
4-5 1200m @ marathon goal pace with 400m jog recovery in between
We will meet behind the Met at 7pm and do the workout between the Met and past engineers gate.
