Set your alarm for Wednesday night speed intervals, Wednesday at 7pm. It’s under 16 weeks to the New York Marathon, so the unofficial training season has begun.
Tomorrow’s run starts at the usual place, near the Hamilton statue.
The workout is
4x 400m @ 5k pace,
1 mile @ 10k pace,
4x 200m @ 3k-5k pace.
Equal distance recovery for the 400s & 200s,
400m easy jog after mile.
