Hey everybody!
We will meet for Wednesday Night Speed tonight at 7 p.m. As Central Park is going to be busy because of the Corporate Challenge, that means it’s a PERFECT time to do some hill repeats! We will meet on the East 91st Street Hill (between 2nd and 3rd Ave). We will meet at the corner of 91st and 3rd.
Workout: 8-12 hill repeats, running hard up the hill and going back down the hill as your recovery.
There are no water fountains near this spot, so please bring your own water bottles (though there are several bodegas nearby FYI). I’m happy to watch any backpacks, etc. that you might have while doing the workout.
