Ok so we are going to have a fun speed workout tonight. Everyone should come out and keep me company : )
Meeting: 7:30 at southern pump house (the bridge at 85th and the reservoir)
Workout: 8×800 at 5k pace with 400 meter recovery. We will do a mile warm up.
Where: we will be doing the 800’s on the straight away in front of engineers gate.
We will adjust the pace for the 800’s depending on how you are feeling after the BK Half.
