Wednesday Night Speed 5/11/22: Join us for 4-6 miles on the lower loop. Meet at 7:00pm at Hamilton Statue (83rd St & East Dr) or 7:10pm at 72nd St Transverse & East Dr.
This is designed for Brooklyn Half training, but all are welcome whether you’re racing or not.
The workout:
A: 2x 1 mile @ Half Marathon Pace, 2x 800m @ ~10” faster than Half Marathon Goal Pace, 1 mile @ HMP all on 1’ jog or 1’ standing rest
B: 2x 1 mile @ HMP, 4x 800m @ ~10k pace, 2x 1 mile @ HMP all on 1’ jog
