Hey all,
This week’s speed workout will be kilometer repeats along East Drive.
Meeting spot is at the usual Southern Pump House at 7:30pm. After a quick warmup, we’ll regroup at the top of Cat Hill (East Drive at 79th St) for the first rep. Feel free to meet us there at 7:40 if you’re running late or it’s more convenient.
Workout options:
A: 6x 1K @ hard effort on 1′ jog or standing rest
B: 7-8x 1K @ HMGP on 1′ jog
