Hello all!
Wednesday Night Speed will meet at Hamilton Statue behind the Met at 7pm.
The workout:
2x2miles at Half-Marathon pace with 3min jog rest
1st two miler will be from Hamilton Statue, south on main drive, around the lower loop clock-wise, ending on west side of 72nd St. transverse.
2nd two miler starts from same spot we finished, west side of 72nd transverse going north then heading east on 102nd st transverse and ending about 50meters before the end of the transverse.
3rd can be done in reverse of 2nd 2miler.
