A longer interval workout today to get you comfortable with half marathon pace (HMP) before the BK Half. If you’re training for a shorter race or new to speed, come talk to me for an alternate workout.
When: Tonight @ 7pm
Where: Behind the Met near the Hamilton statue
What: A: 2x 2 miles @ HMP on 3’ jog
B: 3x 2 miles @ HMP pace on 3’ jog
