Hi Dogs🐕,

Tomorrow’s 7pm run starts at the usual spot on the East Drive behind the Met near the Hamilton statue.
– 800m warm-up
– 4x800m @ threshold pace w/400m recovery
– 4x200m @ mile pace w/200m recovery
– 800m cool-down
