Perfect Night for a run. Tonight’s speed workout is quick, short and perfect for those running the Washington Heights 5k this weekend. We will be meeting at our usual spot behind the Met near the Hamilton statue on 83rd and the east drive in Central Park. The workout is listed below and for anyone that is running late we will be doing the workout on the straightaway in front of engineers gate.
