What better way to kick off 2022 than with 2Kx2 with 2:00R??
The workout: meet at Hamilton statue at 6:30 (East Dr/84th behind the Met), mile warm up to 102nd St., pick up 2K around Harlem Hill finishing at the west side of the 102 transverse, rest for 2:00mins, pick up 2K back in the opposite direction. Pick ups = 5Kpace (optional add on: rest 2:00min and pick up 1 mile back to Met).
