Let the Brooklyn Training begin!!!
Meeting: 7:30pm at the Southern Pump House (Usual spot on the bridge by the reservoir and 85th street) and workout will start at 7:35 at the lightpole behind the Met (84th & East Drive)
Warmup/Cooldown: On your own (recommend 1-2 mile w/u and c/d)
Workout: 5-6 x K(1000m) @ 10k pace with 1:30 rest/recovery jog
Where: East drive between 84th and 90s
