Short speedy workout today to get your legs moving, appropriate for both experienced speedsters and people looking to get into the game:
When: Tonight @ 7pm
Where: Usual spot behind the Met, near the Alexander Hamilton statue
What: 10-12 x 400m @ 5k pace on 2 min jogging rest (if you don’t know your 5k pace, that’s okay, we can figure something out)
