We will meet at 7:00pm by the Hamilton Statue behind the Met. We will jog over to Harlem Hill together to complete the workout.
Workout:
3-4x(.25mi hard uphill w/.25mi downhill recovery + .25mi @ 3K pace on flat w/.25mi recovery back to bottom of hill)
Hills & Flats! The idea here is to start the reps at the bottom of Harlem Hill, run 400m uphill, recover down, then run 400m (heading east) on the 102 Transverse at 3K pace, then turn around and recover back to the bottom of the hill.
