Welcome back to Wednesday night speed! Tonight’s workout will be short & sweet for our NYC Marathoners, with an add-on option for everyone else.
7:30pm at the Southern Pump House. We’ll warm up about one mile down to West Drive just below Tavern on the Green. If it’s more convenient, meet us at the West Dr. spot at 7:40pm. (Marathoners should aim to get in their mile warmup regardless.)
-For those running on Sunday (and anyone else who prefers this option), you’ll be completing two 1-mile repeats at MGP along the lower loop with a 3-minute standing recovery between the reps.
-For anyone not running on Sunday who would like a speedier and/or longer workout, complete two to four 1-mile reps, running the first 800m at half marathon pace and the second 800m at 10K pace.
