Join us for Wednesday Night Speed, Nov 12. usual time & place. 7:00pm by Hamilton statue (East Drive & 83rd).
The work out: 2 miles at half marathon pace + 4 x 800m at 10K pace, 400m jog recoveries (1 mile warm up & cool down on your own)
All are welcome regardless of pace. Adjust the workout according to your ability & goals.
