Join us for Wednesday Night Speed, Oct 4, usual meeting time and place: 7:00pm by Hamilton Statue (East Drive & 83rd behind the Met)
The workout: 6x 3/4 miles @ MGP w/400m recoveries on East Drive between the 80s & 90s.
Arrive warmed up.
This workout is designed with fall marathoners in mind, but all are welcome regardless of your pace or race status.
