Everyone is welcome to join us behind the Met (in front of the Hamilton statue – 83rd St and the East Drive) at 6:30pm tonight for a fun-ish speed workout. Please don’t forget to do a mile or two warm-up beforehand so your legs are ready to go.
Workout
4x1200m (first 800m @10k pace, last 400m @5k pace), 2:30 rest between sets
Reps should be done at your current (not goal) 5k and 10k race pace
Note: We are in the process of finalizing a block of workouts to get you ready for the Washington Heights 5K in March, be on the lookout for a post with the full schedule soon.
