Wednesday Night Speed!
We’ll meet at Southern pump bridge at 7:30pm or on the eastern side of 102 transverse at 7:40.
The workout will be the Harlem Loop repeats that will include downhill, uphill and flat pick ups for a total of 4.7m of pickups at 10k pace.
