Come on out for a speed workout with an incredible midtown skyscape as your backdrop!
When: Wednesday, January 17, 2017 at 7:30 pm
Where: Meet at the South Pumphouse, south side of the Central Park Reservoir (http://old.centralparktc.org/training/cenprk07.htm).
Workout: 6-8x400m at Great Lawn, 5K pace. Recovery is easy jog back over 400m course. Warm-up: 1200m easy jog, consisting of easy jog to Great Lawn and then one lap of entire circle.
Watch the weather report. As of this posting, the forecast is for snow. If conditions are dodgy, we will adjust the pacing of the workout accordingly. Or, if you prefer not to run in a snowstorm, that’s a-ok with me.
This will occur on Wednesday, January 17,2018, not through time travel to the past.
