Join us for a short, challenging Wednesday Night Speed workout on Cat Hill! This is week 2 of our fall marathon training, but all are welcome including non-marathoners!
This will be a timed work out so please bring a watch or phone. Warm up at least a 1/2 mile prior to arrival.
Usual meeting time and place: 7:00pm on East Drive & 84th St. (near the Hamilton Statue behind the Met).
The workout:
4 x 30s hill w/ 60s recovery down
2 x 45s hill w/ 90s recovery down
2 x 30s hill w/ 60s recovery down
1-2mi cool down
