Join us for a simple but challenging Wednesday Night Speed workout.
We’ll meet at the usual meeting time and place 7:00pm by the Central Park Hamilton statue (East Drive & 83rd St behind the Met). This is a timed workout so bring a watch or phone.
The work out: 1 mile warm up, 6 x 2 minutes @ threshold (10K) pace with 2 minute jog recovery, 1 mile cool down.
We’ll run northward on East Drive.
