We’ll be following the Brooklyn Half plan, but don’t worry if you’re not doing the Half–this is still a great workout for anyone! Each person decides whether they do A or B:
A: 4x 1200m @ Tempo-10K on 1’ jog or 1’ standing recovery, 4x 45” hills @ hard effort, jog recovery
B: 6x 1200m @ 10K pace on 1’ jog, 6x 45” hills @ hard effort, jog recovery
