Join us for Wednesday night speed:
We’ll meet at the usual time and place: 7:00pm by the Hamilton statue at 83rd St & East Drive & head north using the 200m markers as guide.
The workout:
3-4x 1 mile @ half marathon pace with 400m jog or 2 min standing rest
followed by 3-4x 400m @ 5K pace with 400m jog or 2min standing rest
This is week 3 of our Brooklyn Half training series, but all are welcome whether you’re racing or not. See you there!
