Rain is forecast so check for updates before heading out. Workout it will go in if rain is light or spotty. If it’s a steady downpour I will cancel.
The workout: 2x200m, 4x400m, 2x200m, 4x400m, 2x200m (2.75 miles repeats only) with 60second jog or standing rests
Usual meeting time and place: 7:00pm by Hamilton Statue behind the Met at East Drive and E 83rd St.
