Join us for Wednesday night speed!
It will be a long hilly run to mark one month to the NYC marathon.Usual meeting time and place: 7:00pm by the Hamilton Statue behind the Met (East Dr & 83rd St)
The workout: Out & back heading north, 3 miles around Harlem Hill to west side, turn around at West Dr & 90th St & follow the same to the start.
The goal it is to maintain a steady pace on the hills throught, NOT to run them like hard repeats. Think about managing your effort as you would in a race.
