The countdown to midnight in Times Square has nothing on this week’s workout, the last of 2021 (and congrats for making it through this year!). This week we usher out the old with the world-famous countdown workout!
It’s a simple pattern: 1,000m, recovery, 900m, recovery, 800m, recovery … you get the picture. This workout receives critical praise from Wednesday night regulars and newbies alike because you can cheer on your fellow Res Dogs with every repeat!
We will meet at 630p Wed at E8301, our trusty light pole behind The Met. If you are late, we will be running back and forth on the straight section of East Drive so jump in where you can. If you are feeling poorly in any way please stay home and join us when you feel better.
As usual I am happy to safeguard extra layers, light backpacks, fluid bottles and fresh fruitcakes (leave the stale ones at home!). See you at E8301!
