Hi all,
The below schedule outlines the workouts we have planned in the lead up to the Washington Heights 5k. Workout leaders will continue to post more details about the workout and confirm locations each week.
Feb 2nd 3×800 @5k 2×1600 at 10K with 90second jogging rest – Shin
Feb 9th 4 x 8 minutes with 2 minute rest, 5K-10K pace – Julia
Feb 16th E91 hill repeats (with a twist 🙂 ) – Brett
Feb 23rd 2-3x 1 mile rolling hills @ “hilly 5k-10k effort”; 3-5x 1′ full effort uphill; jog recovery down – Pete
Mar 2nd 6-10x 200m @ mile pace on 200m jog. Those racing Washington Heights should plan for 6 – Brian
Once we get into March we will post the schedule for the lead up to the Brooklyn Half.
