Hi all,
Posting the upcoming workouts we have planned which will take us through the end of July. Additional details will still be posted weekly by each respective host ahead of the workout.
July
7/6: 2 mile Tempo; 8-10x 1 minute hard efforts on Cat Hill – Pete
7/13: 5-6 x 800m, first rep at HPM down to 5k pace, 400m rest – Lauren
7/20: 2x Harlem Hill Loop repeats at 10k Pace – Shin
7/27: Compound repeats on West Drive hill above The Yard (W80s), 5k-10k speed from Swedish Cottage to Winterdale Arch (over bridal path), then sprint to top of hill, recovery downhill to start (x6). Meet E8301 at 7p, if late 710p at Swedish Cottage. Distance: ~3.7-4.9 miles including warmup and recoveries – Brett
August
8/3: 6-8 Cat Hill repeats up the hill at 10k pace with easy recoveries back down to the start – Juila
