Hello everyone,

Here is your formal invitation to come out to run tonight before last Thursday. I will be hosting Thursday Night Run and am encouraging everyone to come out and run with me. All paces are welcome. Do not leave me out there by myself. Yes it is a little cold but once you start running you warm up quickly. After the run you will have plenty of time to go home shower and change before going to LT. The details of the run are below : )

When: 12/28 at 7:30
Meeting: Engineers gate
Run: 4 or 5 miles at any pace
