Hard to believe we’re only 10 days away from Marathon Sunday but tonight is the last tempo workout for those of us running next week.
Time: 7:05pm at Engineers Gate ready to start tempo
Workout: 5-6 miles at Marathon Goal Pace. I mapped out a course inclusive of the last 3.7 miles of the of the course (similar to last week’s run) that is 5.6 miles long that will end at Finish Line at Tavern on the Green.
Warm up: Similar to last week warm up is on your own, recommended 1-2 miles easy.
Cool down: Recommended 1-2 miles
Reminder that is of course open to anyone would wants to join and we’re also still in Res Dog’s Red Week so wear red if you can!!
