Here is all of the information for todays Marathon training run.
Meeting: 7:05pm at engineers gate for 2 warm up miles or meet at 7:30pm at the west side of the 102nd transverse
Workout: 8x Run up to the Harlem Hill track from the south side near the pond run around the track and back down the hill all at MGP+30 seconds
Cool down: Recommended 1-3 miles
If you are doing the Percy Sutton 5k on Saturday you can join us for the warm up and then do 800m, 400m, 200m at 5K pace on the Harlem track.
